I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, social phobias, coping with grief and loss, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, bipolar, autism, depression and more.

What brought you to offer counseling?

Raised in a mountain town, I learned to take the road less traveled. I chopped wood, carried water; nature taught me resilience and humility. My time studying art, yoga, and psychology—also taught me how we move through change, emotion, and loss, and I want to share how you can also choose humor over rumor, to be curious over furious, and choose kindness (for yourself) in hard times.
